Historical Open-air Museum

At the Historical Open-air Museum Eindhoven you can experience the illustrious past of our city. The museum is a copy of the village 'Eversham', originating in the Iron Age ( 750-50 B.C), a reconstruction of an original farm, dating from the year 1000 and the Medieval town 'Endehoven'

From Monday till Friday the museum is open for educational arrangements and tours, also for activities for schools. During weekend and Dutch holidays the museum comes to live. The occupants will act out life as it was in those days, in several tours you can experience the grain milling and making of fire, typical for the ages depicted. See for yourself the contrast and paralells between days long gone by and Modern Living.

Admission prices:
Adults : € 7.50 p.p.
65+ : € 5.75 p.p.
Children (3-11) : € 3.50 p.p.
Infants : No charge
Children's-active-ticket : € 3.50 p.p.
Children's party arrangement €8.25 p.p.
During main events prices will be raised by € 1.00 p.p., children below the age of 16 can only enter under supervision of an adult.

Opening Hours:
April through October 10h00 till 17h00
November through March 13h00 till 17h00, only on Sundays
For group and children's parties the Museum is always available throughout the year, although only on appointment!
On days without special events there is a free guided tour at 14h00.
